HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Our meals are designed to be heated in the microwave since they already arrive fully cooked. Keep in mind, though, that microwaves, unlike people, are NOT created equal, so some may require shorter or longer heating time than others. You know your microwave best.
Microwave: Place dish in microwave loosely covered, heat 1 min 30 seconds.  Rotate, Replace cover, heat additional 1 min and 30-45 seconds or until desired doneness is reached. Let rest 30 sec, carefully remove lid, enjoy.

Breakfast dishes should be placed in the microwave for a shorter period of time, start at 30-45 seconds and check if the desired tempearture has been reached., enjoy.

Oven:  Preheat oven to 375. Place dish in oven safe container, heat for 10-15 min or until desired doneness is reached. Carefully remove, enjoy.

Sauce Note:  If meals contain a sauce cup, remove lid, place in microwave for 2-3 seconds, or until loose enough to pour.  Pour the desired amount of sauce over meat, follow heating instructions.  Enjoy.

*Proteins will cook faster than vegetables.  Remove protein at desired doneness (follow the chart below) and continue to cook vegetables until they have reached 165 degrees.

*Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have a medical condition.
